AGV/AMR lithium batteries how long to customize?
There is no fixed specification and size for industrial lithium batteries, and the lithium batteries for AGV/AMR are customized according to the customer’s requirements and parameters. According to the conventional process, the customized length of lithium-ion battery takes about 15 working days.
At present, lithium-ion batteries are widely used in the field of industrial equipment in all walks of life, but because the industrial sector does not have a conventional fixed specifications and size requirements, so the industrial lithium batteries do not have a conventional product, are required to be customized, so how long does it take to customize a set of lithium-ion batteries?
In the conventional state, the length of customization of lithium-ion batteries takes about 15 working days;
The first working day of the previous period to receive AGV/AMR order demand, R & D staff to assess the order demand, the sample for quotation and customized product project.
The second working day: selection and circuit design for AGV/AMR product battery cells
The third working day: produce the AGV/AMR battery structure diagram to confirm with the customer, and conduct business negotiation.
The fourth working day: start material selection, BMS protection board design, battery assembly, cycle charging and discharging, circuit testing and debugging verification.
After that, packing, storage, quality inspection, out of the warehouse, under normal circumstances, it takes about 15 working days. Then transport to the customer, the customer can do AGV/AMR battery sample testing and other work.
